Four Decades and Counting
CASCO Property Management was started by Jim Castellanos in 1981. Jim started his career at a premier commercial real estate brokerage firm in Silicon Valley, Marcus and Millichap, in 1978. He became a full time principal in 1989. Casco has renovated over 1,500 apartment units and currently manages 1,000 units in Silicon Valley and Santa Cruz County. Jim and his team have extensive experience in all types of commercial real estate including, multi-family apartment, warehouse, and automotive.
